We do not have joint practice and therefore you need to find a tennis partner - or three if you want to play double. If you don't have a partner to play with, send us an e-mail with your player level (e.g. how many years you have been playing) and we will try to set you up with other players. Furthermore read below about the try-outs in the beginning of the seasons.
When you have found someone to play with, you have to choose a timeslot weekdays between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. where you can play (We can't reserve courts during the weekend or at half clockhours e.g. 10.30 a.m.). When you have found a timeslot that suits you send us an email at tennis@cbssport.dk with all your information (day, timeslot, full name and phone-number) and we will check for court availability. Once you have paid (see prices and payment below), the court is booked and is your fixed court every week during the season (same day and same time every week). So make sure that it does not interfere with your class schedule.

When we play indoors there are very strict rules about which shoes you can wear, indoor tennis shoes are recommended. No black soles are allowed!

If you don't have a tennis partner, we arrange try-outs in the beginning of each new season where you can find a tennis partner that matches your level. The tryout-times will be posted on the website in the beginning of each new season.
Deadline for sign-up for the Spring 2012 season is the 21st of February 2012, so we can start the season on Monday the 27th of February. The deadline is very important, because we have to order all the courts at one time, so please respect the deadline. Courts are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis, due to capacity reasons. So if you want to make sure that you get your exact timeslot, be quick!!
Note: The Spring season will run from the 27th of February 2012 until the 8th of June 2012. You will be playing indoors until the 22nd of April - thereafter we play outdoors on clay courts. If you decide to sign up after the deadline, please sent us an e-mail and we will try to coordinate and see if we can find courts for you.
Single player fee per person for one semester for 1 hour a week: DKK 800
Double player fee per person for one semester for 1 hour a week: DKK 400
One court one hour: DKK 90
The player fee covers court expenses plus a membership of CBS Sport, that throughout the year arranges different events, parties etc.
You can pay directly through http://www.cbssport.dk/pay-player-fee. We will get an e-mail from the CBS administration office when your fee has been registered and hereafter we will book your court and sent you a player schedule and a membership list with info on all the players.
If you are a member and you wish to book an extra court during the season the price is 85 kr. per court for 1 hour. Please send us an email on tennis@cbssport.dk at least one week in advance to make sure that we can check availability for you and get back to you in time.
