CBS Running exercises twice a week:
1. 10K Continuous run
Mondays and Wednesdays at 17.30
The run starts at the Solbjerg Plads entrance facing Kilen, and we run through Frederiksberg Have, Søndermarken and Vestre Kirkegård.
2. What do you want to do
If you want to do shorter/longer or faster/slower runs, or maybe interval training - please feel free to contact us with your idea.
