CBS Marathon Challenge is a new project founded at Copenhagen Business School, which will raise funds for various charity projects in Africa. The CBS Marathon Challenge aims to challenge the hard working students of CBS in a physical way, while doing a good deed for charity.
The idea of the project is to get as many CBS students as possible to run the Copenhagen Marathon of 2010 in sponsored t-shirts. All profits will be handed to a charity project within the terms of education and development in Africa.
This year we have chosen '100 percent 2 the children', which is a Danish non-profit organization.

All students participate in CPH Marathon for free (normal price is 600,- for non-students) and will receive a sponsor t-shirt in which they will run the CPH marathon of 2010.
We expect all participants to finish the race within 5 hours, so you have to be a little dedicated to actually do it :)
It is very important that you have the right shoes for a marathon - a cheap pair of sneakers from Netto won't do. Remember, that adding up training and the actual marathon will get your shoes over 100 KM easily ;) - We therefore can't stress enough that you really have to be dedicated!

When you register, the homepage states that it costs 590,- to participate - this is just a malfunction on the HP and you will not be charged anything.
Remember, once you have registered there is no going back! ;)
