The 1st. team for Men’s handball will be participating in the serie 1 tournament.
We are a young and amitious team that would like to have a say in the top of Series 1, which is also this seasons ambition. Since most of the players from last year are continuing, the team has built up a great unity. This is visable in every player (including the 2nd team) and in the training as well, where everyone gives his best.

André Raun-Petersen has this season entered the position as coach for the mens’ 1st team in series 1.
André is 24 years old and comes from Oksbøl, Western Jutland. He moved to Copenhagen in 2009 to start at the police training school.
This year André has decided not to play himself but instead be a coach as this will make it possible for him to still stay connected with the sport – and maybe even play a match once in a while.
André’s “handball-education” origins in Team West, Oksbøl, where he played as a child. Later on he moved to play for Skjern, who played at a higher level. André has also played in Copenhagen for Freja, in “kvalrækken”.
André’s goal for the team is to end up among the top three teams and he strongly believes that this is possible if the players show up at the weekly practices and matches. He emphasizes that practice and teamwork will help them realize this goal.
“I look forward to a very interesting season and hope, that there will be support at our matches”
André Raun-Petersen
