KPMG, which is one of Denmark's and the world's largest providers of audit and advisory services, has been the principal sponsor of CBS Sport since 2008. We provide funding and participate actively in events arranged by CBS Sport. In 2009, KPMG teams participated in the Football Tournament "Fussball". KPMG qualified for the quarter final, but lost honourably to a CBS team in much better physical condition. In the CBS Relay, KPMG sponsored track suits to all runners, and four ambitious KPMG teams participated in the relay.
Why we support CBS Sport
In the course of their career, several hundred KPMG employees study at CBS. As KPMG trainees, they are offered on-the-job training while doing customer work, and at the same time they study at KPMG's own school, Audit Business School, and at CBS (or other business schools). Furthermore, employees at KPMG enjoy all kinds of sporting activities in their spare time organised by our staff association, including football, badminton, golf, running, a fitness centre, etc. We aim to strengthen the bonds between our firm and the business schools, and therefore it comes naturally to us to be the principal sponsor of CBS Sport.
