About the HR Crew
The HR Crew in CBS Sport is responsible for carrying out all internal events – i.e. those events that are only for CBS Sport members. Besides arranging events for all members such as parties and an annual trip to a sports tournament abroad, the HR Crew will have a special focus on caring for our many volunteers, who dedicate both time and effort as coaches, team leaders and/or assistants at the many events. As such, one of the main tasks of the HR Crew is to motivate and support the volunteers, so that other members can benefit from their energy and commitment. Special events for volunteers include two annual teambuilding trips plus an “end of season” and a “start of season” get-together-event.
