About the Event Crew
The Event Crew in CBS sport is responsible for all the external events we participate in. This entails everything from local sports days for children in Frederiksberg municipality to social sports events for students at CBS in collaboration with other organisations.
Members of the Event Crew can choose to be in two different teams depending on the role and level of responsibility they want to take.
Member of the event arranging team
This team will be responsible for all of our scheduled events and come up with new events to the list. When you are a part of this team, we expect that you participate in the Event Crew meetings approx. once a month and take responsibility for at least one event per semester.
This role will give you an opportunity to challenge your coordination skills and use the creative part of your brain. You will be a member of a group of engaged and enthusiastic volunteers and report to the event coordinator, Kiri Weimann.
This team is a group of people who want to help out and participate in the events. As part of this team, we expect that you are willing to take time out to help us at our events. Of course we don’t expect you to participate in every single one of them, but we will need your help in at least 5-6 events per semester.
Members of the assistance team are more than welcome to participate in the monthly Event Crew meetings, but this is not something we expect you to do. The entire Event Crew will be invited to the meetings.
