Football:
Generel regulations:
- Maximum numbers of players pr. team: 10 (7 on the pitch, 3 subs)
- Length of matches: 20 minutes, no break
- Cards in use: yes - both yellow and red
Pitch:
- Size of the pitch: Matches are played on the width of a full sixe football pitch, on 7 a-side sized goals
- Goal area: The goal area are marked with with cones in the corner
- Out of play: The ball is out of play when it has crosed the line anywhere on the pitch
Players:
- The Goalkeeper: is allowed to use his hands with the goal area
- The outfield players: are only allowed to use their feet, except when taking a throw in
The game:
- Freekicks: Freekicks are awarded when a foul is comitted, and has to be taken at the place of the foul
- Goalkicks: A goalkick is awarded when the ball crosses the byline, having touched an attacking player before going out
- Cornerkicks: A cornerkick is awarede when the ball crosses the byline, having touches a defending player before going out
- Penaltykicks: A penalty kick is awarded when a foul is comitted on an attacking player inside the goal area
- Throw ins: A throw in is awarded when the ball crosses the side line. The throw is awarded to the opposit team of the last player to touch the ball before going out
- The referee: The referee is in charge of the match, and his decisions CANNOT be disputed! Complaining at the referee when asked to stop, will automatically give a yellow card. Continueing will give an additional yellow card!
- Yellow card: A yellow card will be given for unnesesarrily tough challenges, complaining to the referee, kicking the ball away when the referee has blown his whislte, taking the ball with the hand and unsportsmanlike behaviour. A yellow card will result in a 5 minutes suspension!
- Red card: A red card will be given if a player recieves 2 yellow cards or commits an extraordinary hard challenges. A red card will result in a suspension for the rest of the match!
Please note that any form of threats or violence, both physically and oral, will result in the entire team being excluded from the tournament!
Speciel rules for play-off matches:
Matches will be decided on american penalties. The ball is placed in the center of the pitch, and the player to take the penalty has 10 seconds to drible the ball towards the goal and finish on goal. The players is allowed to take the rebound and score within the 10 seconds. If the goalkeeper gain control of the ball, or if it goes out of play, the penaty is over. Each team has 3 attempts. If the teams are equal after 3 shots, teams will shoot 1 at a time until a winner has been found.
Basketball:
Generel regulations:
- Maximum numbers of players pr. team: 10 (5 on the pitch, 5 subs)
- Length of matches: 15 minutes, no break
Pitch:
- Size of the court: The match is played within the lines of the basketball court measuring 26 X 14 meters
- 3-seconds area: The 3 seconds area are marked with clear lines from the backline, and in underneatch the basket.
- 3-point line: The 3 point line is marked with a circular line outside the 3-second area.
- Out of play: The ball is out of play when the ball, or a player touching the ball, touches the floor outside of the lines.
Players
- All players can move freely inside the court.
The game:
- Baskets: A basket will give the scoring team 2 points. Shots from outside the 3 point line will though give 3 points.
- Tip-off: The match will be started with the referee throwing the ball in the air in the middle of the pitch, and one player from each team jumping to get it.
- Substitutions: Substitutions can be made freely during the game – at no point of the match can a team have more than 5 players on the court at a time.
- Fouls: a player can recieve up to 5 fouls. More than 5 fouls will result in a match suspension. Fouls are as follows:
- a player cannot run with ball in his hand – he has to dribble with it, or pass it.
- players are not allowed to hold, shoulder, push, kick or trip an opponent
- a player cannot strike the ball with his fist
- If a team has less than 4 fouls, possesion will be given to the team the foul is comitted against.
- If a team has more than 4 fouls, 2 freethrows will be given to the player the foul is comitted against.
- Throw ins: When the ball has been out of play, the team not having touched the ball last before going out will start with the ball – the player taking the throw in must have at leas tone foot on the sideline
- The referee: The referee is in charge of the match, and his decisions CANNOT be disputed! Complaining at the referee when asked to stop, will automatically give a yellow card. Continueing will give an additional yellow card!

Pitch:
- Size of the court: Matches are played within the boards.
- Goal area: The goal is marked by a whote line
- Out of play: The ball is out of play when it has crosed the board anywhere on the court
Players:
- The Goalkeeper: is only allowed to be within the goal area. The goal keeper cannot score goals – If he do so, the goal will be disallowed and the opposing team will get a freestroke
- The outfield players: are only allowed to use the stick – It is not legal to kick the ball
The game:
- Freekicks: Freestrokes are awarded when a foul is comitted, and has to be taken at the place of the foul – the opposing team has to be at least 1.5 meters away from the ball.
- Out-of play: When the ball has been out of play, the match will be restarted with the team not having brought the ball out of play placing the ball one meter from the board, passing to a team mate og shooting at goal.
- The referee: The referee is in charge of the match, and his decisions CANNOT be disputed! Complaining at the referee when asked to stop, will automatically give a yellow card. Continueing will give you a 2 minute suspension.
- Yellow card: A yellow card will be given for unnesesarrily tough challenges, complaining to the referee, kicking the ball away when the referee has blown his whislte, and unsportsmanlike behaviour.
- 2 minute suspensiond: A 2 minute suspension will be given if a player recieves 2 yellow cards or commits an extraordinary hard challenges

Generel regulations:
- Maximum numbers of players pr. team: 1 or 2 – depending on singles or doubles
- Length of matches: 10 minutes, no break
Pitch:
- Size of the pitch: Matches are played inside the whote lines markin the court
- Net: the net, seperating the two halfs is 1,55 meters high
- Service line: The service line is marked 1,98 meters from the net
- Out: The ball is out when it hots the floor outside of the court.
Players:
- The player can move freely on his side of the net – it is not legal to touch the net.
The game:
- Running scores: Each ball played will give a point to one of the players. A player can win a point by:
- The shuttle hits the floor on the opponents half of the court
- The shuttle hits the floor outside the court in his own side of the net (The ball is out)
- The opponent shoots the shuttle into the net
- The service lands outside the service area
- Service: When serving, the ball must be hot diagonal across the net, into the service area
- Let: If the ball hits the celling, a shuttle from another court interfeers with the play, or the umpire is uncertain of a ruling, the ball will be replayed and no point is awarded.
- Winning the match: The player with the most points at the end of the match will be aearede the victory
- Doubles: Each time a ”team” gets the serve, thay will have to change who is serving

Speciel rules for play-off matches:
If the match is levelled at the end of the time, matches will be decided with a short match, where the first player to reach 5 points will win the match.
